Sometimes we need to talk about the big stuff

Systems, process, leadership, care, neurodivergence, health, telecoms, utilities, accountability and what happens when procedure starts taking precedence over people.

We don't want to live there.

But sometimes needs must, and the cut and thrust of process deserves examination, particularly when the people caught inside it are being asked to carry the consequences.

So this is where we look closely, question carefully and say what needs saying.

Then we go back to making things, finding people, laughing at absurdity and using our time for something better.

Because noticing what's wrong matters. Staying there forever doesn't.

Some things need changing. Some need challenging. Some just need looking at differently.
